The 2024 SSA Exhibition will be held
at Bentley Heath Community Hall
8/9th June 2024
10am-4pm
Members are working to arrange the next exhibition for 2024.
Entry costs will be £3 per framed painting £2 for unframed.
A table may be hired at £10 for the weekend to display sculptures and jewellery. The Easel Newsletter will contain the application form.
10% commission fees apply to all items sold
Experience art by your local artists in Solihull. Maybe even purchase your very own original picture or sculpture.
There will be Refreshments, a Raffle, Best in Show, as well as card sales.
Come along to Bentley Heath Community Hall Widney Road.

Entry Form: Must arrive at the latest by Friday 31st May 2024. Your Entry Fee must be sent with the Entry form or your entry will not be accepted.
Cheques must be made payable to Solihull Society of Arts.
Return form and cheque by post to: Tony Hughes, 5 Cloudbridge Drive, SOLIHULL, B92 0PY. Or pay via BACS putting your name as a reference point.
Details of the account will be made available upon request.
Please note all framed paintings and stretched canvas exhibits should be ready to hang with cord/wire and have a label on the back with the artist’s name, medium, title and correct price or they will not be accepted.

Exhibition opens to the public 10am – 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Unsold paintings may not be collected until after 4pm on Sunday.
All sold and unsold paintings must be checked out by stewards to avoid loss of paintings.
Commission: 10% will be charged on all sales.

Cards can be displayed for sale, only if at least two framed pictures have been submitted by the same artist. Each card must be clearly labelled with the name of the artist and the price to avoid confusion. Number of cards submitted ………
This will be checked on the day with our volunteers.
The Society cannot accept responsibility for damage to or loss of any work submitted.
No prints of originals will be accepted, but Linocuts, Pottery, Jewellery, Sculpture, Stained Glass etc. may also be entered, if labelled with number and price.
Anyone wishing to exhibit must be prepared to act as a Steward or help in the Kitchen. It is envisaged that a minimum of 12 volunteers will be required because we hope to make this a more inclusive and entertaining event with a raffle, food and beverages being offered.

The Exhibition Secretary will contact you to arrange a time to confirm this and send you a copy of the catalogue, which you should approve immediately on receipt and apply your reference number on the front.
